General provisions

We are Greener Wool ( "we", "us", "our"). We are located in Groene Hondstraat 12A, 1080 Brussels, Belgium, and our VAT number is BE 0656.783.139. We offer you, our customer ( "you", "your"), the ability to purchase products from our online shop.

These terms and conditions apply to every order that you place as a visitor to our online shop. When placing an order through our online store you have to explicitly accept these terms and conditions. That way, you agree that these terms and conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions. Additional conditions are excluded from your side, unless we accepted them expressly and in writing and expressly in advance of the purchase.


We list our prices in euros, including VAT and any other fees or taxes that you are required to bear.

When we charge delivery, reservation or administrative costs, we mention these costs separately. Delivery costs depend on the total amount of your order, the destination and the shipping method. We calculate them once you have entered the information we need for the calculation.
The price we quote refers only to the product as we describe it in text. The accompanying photos are intended for illustration only and may contain elements that are not included in the price.


Despite the fact that we have created our catalog and online store with the greatest care, it is possible that the information offered is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up to date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind us. As far as accuracy and completeness of the information is concerned, Greener Wool is only bound to an obligation of means (that is, we commit ourselves to be as accurate as possible on the information, but we are not liable for any errors, mistakes or omissions) . We are in no way liable in case of obvious material errors or printing errors.
If you have specific questions about eg. size, color, availability, delivery time, or delivery method, we recommend you to contact our customer service before your purchase.
The offer of goods is valid as long as the stocks last. We can adjust or withdraw our offer at any time. You can not hold us responsible for the unavailability of a product. If an offer has a limited duration or is subject to conditions, we state this explicitly in the offer.

Online purchases

You choose your products in our shop. You add the products you want to buy to your shopping cart. Then you go to the checkout. At the checkout your payment takes place in four steps:
- In the first step you get an overview of the products in your cart, you choose the shipping method and you decide how you are going to pay. In this step we will calculate your shipping costs. We ask you explicitly to accept our terms and conditions.
- In the second step, please give us your details.
- In the third step, we give you an overview of your order including the shipping cost, the shipping method, the payment method and your details (shipping address and billing address). You confirm your order by clicking the "Order" button.
- In the fourth step we confirm that we have registered your order.

You can choose from the following payment method
- by credit card
- through PayPal

We reserve the right to refuse an order if you as a customer have remained in default on orders in which you were previously involved.

Delivery and Execution of the agreement

We can deliver your order in the countries that are within the range of our shipping partners. The full list can be found here. If you want to deliver an order in another country, we can ask you to bear additional costs. For shipments to other countries, it is possible that fuel, customs and / or island supplements are charged. All processing and delivery times mentioned are only indications.

For most destinations you can choose between a delivery by ordinary (package) post or a delivery with track and trace by courier. Conventional and indicative delivery times for each destination can be found here.

Unless we have expressly agreed otherwise, we deliver the goods to the shipping address you provided within 30 days of receipt of the order.
You must inform us without delay on Any visible damage and / or qualitative deficiency of an article or other failure in the delivery.

The risk due to loss or damage is transferred to you as soon as you (or a third party that you have designated and which is not a carrier designated by us) have been given physical possession of the goods.


The delivered goods remain our exclusive property until the moment you have them paid in full.
You commit to inform, if necessary, any third party on the retention right of Greener Wool, eg. to anyone who would like to seize the not yet fully paid items.

Right of withdrawal

The provisions of this Article shall apply only if you as a consumer purchase items from us online.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without stating any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the date you (or a third party that you have designated and which is not the carrier) have gotten physical possession of the goods. You must send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of this period, through an unequivocal statement. You can provide this information using the attached model withdrawal form.

The date of your answer is the date of the postmark (by letter) or the date of delivery of your email.

You have to return or hand over the goods to us without delay, to Greener Wool, Groene Hondstraat 12A, 1080 Brussels. In any case, you may not do so later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you have communicated to us your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The direct cost of returning the goods are for your account.

If the product you return is in some way impaired, we reserve the right to make you liable and ask for damages of you for each decrease in value of the goods resulting from the fact that you have used the goods in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

We can only take back items that are in their original packaging along with all accessories, manuals and the invoice or receipt.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse any amounts that we have received from you up to that point related to the relevant purchase, including the default delivery costs and we will do so within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract and after we have received the goods back in the required state.

We will not reimburse any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer.

We add no other charge for the repayment than the one that is required by the payment partner.


Under the Act of September 21, 2004 on the protection of consumers in consumer sales, the consumer has a legal guarantee. This legal guarantee is valid from the date of delivery to the first owner. Any commercial guarantee leaves these rights without prejudice.

To call on the guarantee, you must present a proof of purchase. We also recommend that you keep the original packaging of the goods.
For items you purchased online and that we delivered to your home, you should contact us and return the article to us on your cost.
When you identify a defect, you must inform us as soon as possible and in any case within two months. Afterwards any right to repair or replacement will become void.

(Commercial and / or legal) warranty does not apply to defects arising from accident, neglect, falls, use of the product contrary to the purpose for which it was designed, non-compliance with the operating instructions or manual adjustments or changes to the article, rough use, poor maintenance, or any other abnormal or incorrect use.
If you identify a defect later than six months after the purchase, we consider this defect is not a hidden defect, unless you can prove otherwise.

Penalties for non-payment

Without prejudice to the exercise of any other rights by Greener Wool, you as a customer have to be pay an interest on the unpaid amount of 10% per year in the event of non- or late payment from the date of the breach of law, automatically and without notice.

Moreover, you shall automatically and without notice have to pay a compensation of 10% on the amount in question, with a minimum of 25 euros per invoice.

Additionally Greener Wool reserves the right to take back non paid or not fully paid items.

Undermining validity - Non-renunciation

If any provision of these terms be invalid, illegal or invalid, this will not affect in any way the validity, legality and applicability of the other provisions. If we fail at any time to enforce any of the rights we enumerate in these conditions, we see that not as a waiver of that right and it will never affect the validity of this right.


You agree that electronic communications and backups serve as evidence.

Applicable law - Jurisdiction

The Belgian law is applicable, except for the provisions of international law concerning applicable law and with the exception of the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Unless you're a consumer, any litigation falls under the sole jurisdiction of the Brussels district courts.
